Refund policy
14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, clean, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, grooming tools that have been used on an animal cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
To request a return, contact us at support@panterrashop.com before sending anything. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
If we confirm that an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide return instructions and cover the approved return cost. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
Contact us if your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived. Orders confirmed lost in transit or not delivered within 30 days after shipment may qualify for a replacement or refund.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
