Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within Canada.

Shipping Cost

Standard tracked shipping is free.

Estimated Delivery

Orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs inspections or peak shopping periods.

Order Processing

Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner after payment is confirmed. Once processing begins, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Tracking may take several business days to display its first update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Separate Packages

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping cost.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Contact us if tracking has stopped updating or the order has not arrived. Orders confirmed lost in transit or not delivered within 30 days after shipment may qualify for a replacement or refund under our Return and Refund Policy.
